Guest Rates

Standard daily rate -- $159 per night

Discounted weekly rate -- $954 (six night stay, seventh night free)

• Maximum occupancy is three guests
• Plus State and County Sales Tax of 5.5%
• Plus Local Room Tax of 5%

The full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.

Guests may check in any time after 3:00 p.m.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.  If you would like to arrange an earlier arrival or later departure time, please contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

All guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age or be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older.

Guests may cancel a reservation and receive a 100% refund (minus 2.5% credit card processing fee) up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. After this date, if we are not able to re-book all previously scheduled dates, the guest will be responsible for 50% of all charges for dates that could not be re-booked. Please contact us, if you need to cancel your reservation.

For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking and pets are not permitted in Chestnut Cottage.

Guests may be assessed additional charges for any damages or loss incurred during their stay.
